Mountaineering is by far the most challenging task of all. It should be followed by basic mountaineering training above the snow line using ice axe, crampons ropes, and other necessary climbing gears under the supervision and instruction of a professional climbing leader/guide. In order to take up this type of expedition, one needs not only physical stamina but also psychological with a lot of professional training. Minimum 30 day’s rigorous training is required for the trekking to lead to mountaineering.
